BackTermly Fees Academic Year 2026/27
From Tuesday 1st September 2026, the fees are as follows. All fees listed below are inclusive of VAT with the exception of Nursery and Kindergarten fees and Wrap Around Care fees where VAT does not apply.

Fees are inclusive of stationery, a hot lunch, snack and Personal Accident Insurance.
For Nursery and Kindergarten payments, St Michael's accepts fee payments via the Tax-Free Childcare and Enjoy Benefits Schemes.
Fees must be paid in full by direct bank transfer on or before the first day of term to which the invoice relates.
The first days of term for 2026/2027 are as follows: Michaelmas: Thursday 3rd September 2026; Lent: Wednesday 6th January 2027; Trinity: Wednesday 21st April 2027.
Thereafter a surcharge of 3% per annum above the base rate may be added to the outstanding sum. A late payment fee of £100 may be applied if fees remain unpaid after 21 days from the due date.
A minimum of one term’s notice, in writing, must be given of a pupil’s withdrawal from the school. Otherwise, full fees will be charged in lieu of notice.
A discount is available for those wishing to pay school fees in advance and is available for pupils from Reception to Year 8. The scheme does not cover supplemental fees and charges.

A sibling discount of 10% will be offered to the fourth child of a family who attends St Michael’s Prep School. This sibling discount will continue to be applied for all subsequent children providing a minimum of four children are attending the school at the same time and fees are paid in full before the next termly invoice is raised.
Before School Care Fees September 2026 to August 2027
Early Risers (Pre-School)
From September 2026, Early Risers, which is for Pre-School children, runs from 7.30am-8.15am Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Breakfast Club takes place 7.30am-8am – all rates are per day per week

Half termly bookings for Breakfast Club must be made by the last day of the preceding half term, otherwise the short-term daily rate will apply.
After School Care Fees September 2026 to August 2027
Mini Hive (Pre-School)
Our Mini Hive is available to St Michael's Pre-School children Monday to Friday running from 3.50pm to 6pm; a sandwich tea is provided. The cost is £11.00 per hour inclusive of the tea.
Hive (Reception to Year 8)
From September 2026, the Hive is open 4pm-6.30pm (Monday - Friday). All rates are per day per week.

Charges by the above periods only, no pro-rata rate
Cancellation/non-attendance
No refunds can be given for non-attendance unless your child is attending one of our school trips. Cancellations can only be accepted for one off daily bookings if 24 hours’ notice is given prior to the original booking date.
Late collection fee from 6.30pm
£12.00 per 15 minutes
Half termly bookings for The Hive must be made by the last day of the preceding half term, otherwise the short-term daily rate will apply.
