We are thrilled to announce that St Michael's has maintained its Green Flag status with Merit!

Writing to St Michael's on Wednesday 18th June, Eco Schools said: "We are very pleased to tell you that the Eco-Committee at St Michael's Prep school has been successful in achieving an Eco-Schools Green Flag Award with Merit."

Eco Schools praised St Michael's many eco initiatives including our litter picking, tree planting, herb garden, log piles, bird feeders and curriculum topics which teach our pupils the importance of sustainable practices. 

The association added: "We are excited to read that more of your young people and their families have been involved in your Eco-Projects this year."

Congratulations to St Michael's Eco Committee for all of their hard work throughout the year to not only make our school a more sustainable place, but encouraging members of our community to be good global citizens. We can't wait to see what you projects have in store for the year ahead!
