On Tuesday, Year 7 enjoyed an exciting trip to St Andrews Lakes. With a favourable weather forecast, the day promised to be a great success and it certainly did not disappoint.

We started the morning on the inflatable obstacle course where the children had tremendous fun tackling the challenges, leaping from the towers and making full use of the facilities. Afterwards, we headed straight to the kayaks. This proved to be another highlight of the day, with plenty of laughter as pupils occasionally capsized and helped one another back on board.

Following a quick lunch break, we moved on to our final activity of the day: the zip wire. This provided fantastic views across the lake and was a thrilling way to finish the visit.

The children were incredibly well behaved throughout the trip and represented the school exceptionally well. Great fun was had by all and Year 7 are already looking forward to their next adventure.
