On Friday 6th March, two St Michael’s Prep teams participated in the Science ‘Quiz Club’ Area Heat. This was a live online heat and our teams put their ‘Science Trivia’ heads together to compete against 136 other teams from across the country.

Team 1, which was made up of Miranda, Isaac, Thomas and Teddy, came in 28th place and will go straight through to the nationwide Semi-Final next term. Team 2, which was made up of Ivy, Oliver, Olivia and Edward achieved a very respectable 71st place against some strong competition.

Congratulations to all of the children involved and well done to them for their regular attendance at our practice sessions. Special mention also goes out to Herbie – our team reserve - for showing great commitment to attending practice sessions too.
