Reception performed amazingly in their Mother's Day Assembly this week. Since their Nativity, many children have grown in confidence and it was wonderful to see this come to light on stage. The children captured their mummies' hearts with their gorgeous paintings and what they said about them. The singing and actions were wonderful and full of enthusiasm. There were lots of chuckles from the audience when they sang Have a day off Mum because they had made up their own lyrics. "Have a nice latte" and "go for a nap with your warm duvet" were firm favourites.
