St Michael's pupils were captivated when renowned children’s author and illustrator Sophy Henn visited as part of our World Book Day celebrations this month.

Dressed head to toe as their storybook heroes, children in Nursery to Year 2 enjoyed immersive workshops with the talented writer, crafting their own stories and illustrations inspired by Sophy’s advice: "Remember your audience, reach for your dreams and go for it!".

Our Years 3 to 8 children also embraced World Book Day activities on Thursday 7^th March, taking part in a host of story-inspired challenges and competitions led by teachers across the curriculum.
